The King’s School, Canterbury is seeking a coach to join the team on a various hour contract from September 2022.
Reporting to the Head of Sailing, the successful applicant will have RYA Dinghy instructor experience preferably within a school environment and will help support the delivery and development of the sailing programme at all levels of Sailing at the King’s School and Junior King’s School.
Candidates will have proven experience of coaching beginners and experienced sailors. They will be an excellent communicator, be organised and punctual, and enjoy working as part of an ambitious team. Experience of Team racing, with boat repair and maintenance also being advantageous.
This is a role with an estimated 12 hrs per week contact time, plus extra hours for maintenance and planning for 32 weeks per year.
