Salary Scale: £45,000 to £55,000 p.a.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Estates Manager to lead and manage the Estates department and related services, delivering the priorities and outcomes sought by the School in a cost effective and efficient manner.  The successful candidate will ensure compliance with applicable legislation and provide high quality services to all members of the School community, whilst constructively participating and contributing to the life of the school.  Line management, staff appraisals, training and development are an important part of this role, as are Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, reporting procedures and management planning.

Applicants will need to be both flexible and adaptable, and able to respond to emergency situations as well as planned events and works.
