We are looking for an organised and professional School Office Manager to join the team at Kent College, Canterbury. The School Office Manager is responsible for the day to day support and supervision of the School Office team, at both our Senior and Junior Schools, as well as the day to day support and supervision of the Transport Manager and the Minibus Drivers Team.
The successful candidate will lead and develop the main reception and office areas, providing administrative support to the schools staff, parents and pupils. The post holder contributes to all aspects of the team’s functions, providing the highest levels of support, organisation and customer service. They will have experience of working in administration and reception roles, especially in busy office environments. Experience of managing a team is desirable, but not essential.
The position is for 40 hours per week, full year.
