Resident Assistant is required at Elmhurst School for Dance, a Vocational Boarding School with 200 students aged 11-20. Required from September 1st, a full time Resident Assistant to reside in the Boarding House of 40 year 7-9 girls(aged 11-13) to assisting in all boarding houses as and when required; this includes chaperoning students aged 11-18 years to medical appointments, organising and running evening and weekend activities and possibly sports. Would suit a professional, energetic and enthusiastic individual able to establish a good rapport with young people. Some experience in childcare would be an advantage. Candidates should posses good interpersonal communication and ICT skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
