Boarding essentials – A workshop for staff about to start in a boarding role
Date: September 27, 2017
Why you should attend? The level of professionalism in boarding supervision has risen dramatically in recent years, due in part, to improved regulation and increased parental expectation. This seminar will complement school based induction and provide a wider context for staff new to boarding. The sooner staff new to boarding have a real understanding of the basic principles and expectations of a boarding role, the sooner the school will have effective members of staff who will enjoy their duties and feel able to deal with the challenges that arise.
