Set in more than 100 acres of parkland overlooking the River Orwell in Suffolk, Orwell Park provides a broad and balanced education for boys and girls, boarders and day pupils, between the ages of 3 and 13. A modern, caring and flexible approach to boarding sets Orwell Park apart as a forward thinking school, which continues to instil traditional values such as commitment, compassion and courtesy in its pupils. Academically, Orwell Park prides itself on successfully preparing children for entry to senior school at 13+, with more than a third of leavers winning scholarships: for academic excellence or for music, art, sport, design and technology – all to a wide range of senior independent schools, Orwell Park offers academic challenge to all children and learning support to those who need it.
