Graduating students at Abbey College Manchester were recently celebrated during a prestigious ceremony held at the iconic Radisson Blu Hotel in Manchester.

Members of the college community including students, staff members, family and friends all joined together for the joyous occasion, marking the many successes of the leading independent college’s Year 13 students. In recognition of their achievements, each student was welcomed onto the stage to be presented with their course completion certificate and a memento.

Throughout the evening, several students were also highly commended with a series of special awards. Accolades bestowed included the ‘Best Boarder Award’, ‘College Community Award’, ‘Social Media Award’, ‘Best Dressed Student Award’, ‘Kindest Student Award’ and ‘Best IFP Student Award’.

Heightening the celebrations, the students took to the dancefloor making song suggestions for the DJ to play and taking many photos with the photo props available.

Principal of Abbey College Manchester, Chris Randell commented: “Our end of year celebration and graduation event was a fantastic opportunity for our college community to collaborate and celebrate the accomplishments of our students – a fitting testament to our college motto ‘Achieving Success Together’. As a college, we strive to guide our students to academic success, preparing them for university and their future careers, as well as enabling them to make a positive contribution to the community; we wish them the very best of luck and look forward to hearing of their future endeavours.”
