Sherborne Prep School pupils raise funds for charity

Tilly (Year 4) and Florrie (Year 2) have raised £1208 for charity in 2024! They started off by cutting their long hair and donating it to The Little Princess Trust. This charity provides real wigs for children who suffer hair loss as a result of cancer treatment. They also raised £476 for the charity via donations from friends. Then, over their summer holiday in Portscatho, Cornwall, they made and sold bracelets raising money for the RNLI. They sold over 500 bracelets and hair bands and, by the end of the summer, had raised £732 for our brave coastguard volunteers. They enjoyed a private tour of the Falmouth RNLI station where they donated the money and loved going aboard the Severn Class lifeboat.
