The session will feature Yvonne Mackey, Head of Food and Nutrition at The Royal Masonic School for Girls, an experienced food teacher and acclaimed author. Yvonne will share valuable insights into the challenges and benefits of delivering practical cookery in boarding schools.
Additionally, Alistair Turner, Director of Partnerships and Development and Ben Blackburn Head of Teaching and Learning at Leiths Education, will provide an overview of the accredited cookery qualifications and life skills cookery courses available for boarding schools.
