BSA Group statement on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
The BSA Group is committed to fostering an anti-discriminatory and inclusive culture where diversity is valued.
We believe in a sense of connectedness and belonging where our team, members and the wider community all feel they can contribute, grow and learn.
We commit to equity, diversity and inclusion and will always work to understand where we are as a Group, to plan for the future and to take action to meet our commitments.
We will approach diversity and inclusion support and training with integrity and will work with experts to provide high quality resources to meet the diverse needs of our team and members.
This important area of our work will be known as ‘Index’ (Inclusion and Diversity Excellence).
