As highlighted in the news over the last couple of years, young men may choose role models that we might not choose for ourselves. A change in previously accepted norms will of course benefit girls and women too.

  • The importance of communication skills and emotional intelligence in building healthy connections
  • Harmful stereotypes and biases

Learning outcomes:

  • Be able to critically analyse and articulate the concept of positive masculinity
  • Develop a strategy to promote, foster and reward positive masculinity
  • Design and create inclusive and safe spaces for diverse expressions of masculinity.
