Course outline
Starting at a new boarding school can be daunting for new pupils. This seminar will provide delegates with clear strategies to allow for the smooth integration and induction of new boarders. We will cover what can be done ahead of the boarders’ first day in school, how to make the right first impression and how to promote a culture of inclusion and integration. This all forms part of a proactive anti-bullying strategy which influences your school and boarding culture. The seminar format will also allow time for discussion and to share good practice among delegates.
