Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a thriving Art Department, inspiring students and maintaining high academic standards.
- Effectively teach and mentor students across GCSE, AS, and A Level Art and Design courses, with a commitment to their academic and creative progress.
- Foster a stimulating environment that encourages a genuine love of art in all its forms, from traditional to contemporary media.
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of professionals, contributing to Radley’s strong sense of community and commitment to educational excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A practical art degree with expertise in a wide range of media, including 3D design, digital art, film, animation, painting, drawing, and printmaking.
- Demonstrable experience in teaching art, ideally within a similar academic context, with in-depth knowledge of GCSE, AS, and A Level art syllabi.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach, combined with a clear vision for enhancing Radley’s Art Department.
