We are a co-educational, non-selective state boarding school, for boys and girls aged 7 – 18,. This is a boarding school with Flexi Boarding students attending from the local area and a lively community of around 400 Full Boarders,passionately involved in a wide range of after-school and weekend activities and trips.

We are looking for an exceptional Head of House who can provide highly effective and innovative leadership of a boarding house. The individual will be directly responsible for the routine operation of the House and for the good order and discipline of the House at all times.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about high quality boarding provision
- Offers inspirational and caring support and guidance for young people
- Works collaboratively, asks questions and is keen to learn.
- Has boarding experience
- Has strong interpersonal skills
- Is flexible and adaptable, capable of managing the dynamic and varied responsibilities within the boarding house
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare at all times
