We are recruiting for a Residential House Parent who will report to the Director of Boarding, to help in developing a House that both students and staff are proud to be part of. Single accommodation provided.

Please note that candidates must have the right to work in Spain to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor general boarding routine.
  • Care for and supervise students and act in loco parentis.
  • Contribute to the activity program.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, agents, management, and teachers.
  • Ensure the fabric of the House is taken care of.

Skills and Competencies

  • An understanding of Spanish would be an asset. Excellent English skills is essential.
  • Previous experience in pastoral care and previous work experience with children aged 15-19.
  • Good interpersonal skills, particularly with students.
  • Pressure resilient and well-organised.
  • Experience using iSAMS and REACH Boarding would be beneficial.
