Bedstone College is a British boarding and day school for boys and girls from 4 to 18. Set in the heart of south Shropshire, our rural surrounds and magnificent calendar house provide an enviable, safe setting for under 220 pupils. Deliberately small, we are not academically selective but focus on bringing out the very best in each child. With strong pastoral care and in small class sizes, students usually exceed their expectations – in the classroom and beyond. We are also have an excellent ‘CReSTeD’ Specialist Dyslexia Unit, providing learning support for some 10-15% of the student cohort. Bedstone has a strong sporting and extracurricular life where young pupil discover new talents and pursuits and have plenty to keep them challenged and happy, whether playing basketball or tennis, using the heated pool, fully-equipped gym, new music school or performing arts studio. We also take every advantage of the great outdoors that surrounds us with weekly activities including mountain biking, DofE, horse riding and much more.
