St John’s College is a Christian co-educational day and boarding school for ages 2 – 18 years. The whole school is on one site – with our Nursery, Junior School, Senior School, Sixth Form and Boarding School all together as one community.
We have just over 580 students across the whole school of which approximately 350 are in the Senior School and 90 in the Sixth Form. Currently we have some 70 international students, day and boarding.
The school was founded in 1908 by a Lasallian community of Catholic Brothers established by John Baptist De La Salle (the Patron Saint of Teachers). We became independent from the Lasallian Trust in 2015 but continue to follow our Founder’s vision in both our academic and pastoral care. We are a Christian school, however we are inclusive and all are welcome – those of other faiths or of no faith.
