Consequently, all our teachers possess full Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have previous experience teaching in special schools. Our qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistants and a team of therapists ensure additional, quality support.
Furthermore, we offer consultancy services for organizations seeking to establish or enhance their own specialist provisions. Boasting a wealth of experience both at the ground level and in the strategic leadership of special schools, our approach is holistic and effective.
The Divergent School Group strives to be a significant voice in conversations affecting policy for children with special needs. We actively engage with decision-makers and think tanks, ensuring that our work and the experiences of our pupils contribute to systemic progress for children with special needs.
